📝 You Will Need:
• 1 cup milk • 1 cup vegetable oil • 4 eggs
• Lined 20cm cake tin or 2 x 12-hole muffin trays with cupcake papers
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 170°C.

Place mix in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, oil & eggs.

Add wet mix to dry and combine well.

Pour into cake tin or cupcake papers.

Bake cake for 50 mins or cupcakes for 15 mins (test with skewer).

Cool in pan for 10 mins, then transfer to wire rack.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Courier collection is at 3 pm, so orders received after this time may be sent the next business day.
Pickup orders are normally ready the same day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.
Nationwide delivery usually takes 1–2 working days for non-rural addresses. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Large or bulky orders may incur an additional delivery charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.
