Snow Creme by Cake Craft is your go-to vegetable shortening for creating bright white buttercream, vibrant icing colours, and stable frosting in warm weather. Made from vegetable oils, it’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and Halal certified—perfect for allergy-friendly and vegan baking.
Use Snow Creme on its own for a clean white base, or mix 50/50 with butter for that buttery taste with extra stability. You can also enhance the flavour with butter flavouring or your favourite LorAnn oils.
Not just for icing, Snow Creme is ideal for baking too! Use it in cakes, cookies, pies, and breads—its high melting point creates flaky pie crusts and helps cookies hold their shape.

White Frosting Recipe:
- 1 cup Snow Creme
- 6 cups icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract (use clear for whiter frosting)
- ½ cup milk
- Pinch of salt
- Cream Snow Creme & vanilla for 2 mins.
- Add icing sugar gradually.
- Slowly add milk until desired consistency is reached.
- Add salt and mix for another 2 mins.
🎨 Flavour and colour as desired.
❄️ Refrigerate frosting after making.
