Chefmaster Liquid Whitener Food Colouring is specially formulated to brighten water-based mediums to turn other liquid colours into pastel hues. Adding a small amount of Liquid Whitener in your royal icing will also help reduce colour bleedings. Chefmaster Liquid Whitener is a more concentrated version of our Liqua-Gel Bright White liquid food colouring. 


Liqua-Gel colours are concentrated quality liquid gels primarily used for colouring icings, fondants, gum pastes, batters and cake frosting. But they can also be used in a variety of other applications from cocktails to slime and more.

Our Liqua-Gel collection is formulated to give your icing the colour you want without altering the taste, texture, or consistency of the finished product.

Liqua-Gel food colouring is Kosher Certified and Halal Certified and does not derive from animals or animal products.

Ingredients: Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide.
