These versatile Mini Plunger Cutters are perfect for adding detail and charm to your cake, cookie, or craft creations. Ideal for use with a range of edible and non-edible materials including sugar paste (rolled fondant), gum paste, marzipan, and even craft clays.

Each cutter features a spring-loaded plunger to emboss patterns and easily release shapes with clean, sharp edges every time.

Instructions:

  1. Roll out paste on a non-stick surface (or dust with cornflour/icing sugar).

  2. Cut out your desired shape without pressing the plunger.

  3. Press the plunger onto a flat surface to emboss the design.

  4. Press the plunger again to release the shape.

Perfect for cakes, cookies, cupcakes, or crafting projects!

Ideal for vegan or dairy free buttercream

I use this product to create delicious dairy free cakes for a family member, but I have also used it in vegan recipes successfully too. Can be mixed with icing sugar as per the instructions but it can also be used in place of butter with a sugar syrup to make dairy free Swiss meringue buttercream. It is also a good choice if you want a very white icing as butter tends to create a pale yellow tint with food colourings. Overall a versatile product.

Daughter lives in Wellington in the same area and I live in Nelson. It was so easy to choose some of these Birthday cupcakes and get her to pick them up.
