This worked great. I made some white chocolate spheres with m&ms inside, then decorated. The silicon is thin, not like thick silicon you have in silicon muffin trays for example. It made it super easy to pop the chocolate out without breaking anything.
My only gripe is that by the time i very slightly melted the tops to glue the two halves together, it wasn’t perfectly spherical. It didnt matter too much for my use case - but if it does for yours, just make sure you have plenty of chocolate at the top/join point so that it has the best chance of staying spherical.
