The whole process was super easy! I gave images of what I wanted on the cupcakes and Cupcake Sweeties delivered! They even suggested a different pickup time/day so that I could receive the freshest cupcakes possible and allowed for an earlier-than-usual pickup. 10/10 customer serivce and cupcake quality - will be buying again!
Ordered in the morning and were ready by lunchtime, they were so cute and packed nicely for transporting in the car

The pictures are always good quality and I often email for printing on the day and it’s ready in a couple of hours. I’ve also walked in and asked and they have printed out pictures for me. Good customer service and reasonable prices too.

After visiting your shop, it gave me such confidence to crack in with my grandsons Earth themed cake. The lady who served me was interested, cared, was knowledgable, and gave me great suggestions .. I bought a few things, went home feeling inspired! I will definitely be back!

I didn't use it in the end for my project, but it was a very economical package.
It was just as described, easy to mix and not too sweet. Well worth the convenience and enjoyed by all.
Ordered this box from the UK to send to my friend working in NZ. It was an easy way to send her a gift, I was able to select a date I wanted then delivered by and she absolutely loved them!
I am blown away with not only how fast I received the topper (overnight) but the care with checking in to make sure sizes were right, offering to print several of the same logo on the one sheet and the care with which it was packaged. 10/10 service team!

Absolutely loved our wedding cupcakes. I wanted a design that would represent Polish folk art and Cupcake Sweeties made the process so easy and produced some delightful treats. Bought for 90th birthday, wasn't quite iced as in the picture, not as much detail but the chocolate cake was really nice, not too moist or dry, spot on.
