🧁 Kids Cupcake Decorating Class – School Holiday Fun!

Sprinkles, piping, glitter everywhere, and loads of creative fun! In this hands-on kids class, you’ll decorate a set of adorable cupcakes using colourful buttercream, fun toppings, and playful decorating techniques 🧁✨

Perfect for school holiday fun — no experience needed, just creativity and excitement!

✨ In this class you will learn:

• How to use piping bags safely and confidently
• How to create fun buttercream swirls and textures
• How to decorate cupcakes using sprinkles, glitter and toppings
• Basic decorating skills in a fun and guided environment
• How to finish and present your cupcakes beautifully to take home

• Decorate and take home 4 cupcakes
• All tools, ingredients and equipment provided
• Step-by-step guidance in a safe, supportive environment
• A fun, creative, hands-on decorating experience

💛 Meet your instructor:

This class will be taught by one of our lovely and highly experienced team members — Becky, Lena, Chelsea, or Shelley. Each brings a strong background in cupcake decorating along with a warm, encouraging teaching style. They’re fantastic with kids and ensure the class is fun, relaxed, and easy to follow, so everyone will be in great hands 🧁✨

• School holiday activities
• Creative kids who love baking and decorating
• Beginners (no experience needed)
• Fun with friends or siblings

📍 Class details:

• Ages: 8–11 or 12–15 (guide only — siblings/friends welcome across groups)
• Duration: Approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
• Group size: Minimum 4 / Maximum 8 children per class
• Please drop off your child and leave contact details (Or have a coffee across the road!)

Or, organise a group for a private booking! 

❌ Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class. A gift voucher valid for 12 months will be issued for eligible cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel if minimum numbers are not met.

Decorating Supplies, Brownies & Cookies - Delivery is $9 for 1-3 day delivery nationwide, Mon-Fri. Free delivery for orders over $120. Enter code FD at checkout.

Cupcakes, Macarons, Cakes, Slices, & same day Wellington area delivery is $20; Rush delivery for Lower Hutt or Wellington CBD ONLY (before 11.30am) is $35. Please contact us if unsure. Kapiti or Rural Delivery is $45 (Mon-Fri only). Please specify if cupcakes are required by a particular time. Full T&C

What a fun afternoon!

I did this class with my mum, and we really enjoyed it. There was no pressure, just a fun atmosphere and Becky was there to help and inspire. It was so easy having the buttercream colours all ready to go, we will definitely be back for another class.
