Bakels Gum Paste in classic white is a premium, ready-to-use paste perfect for creating delicate sugar flowers, figurines, and detailed decorations. Its firm yet pliable texture allows for ultra-fine shaping and crisp finishes that dry hard and hold their form beautifully.

This gum paste is easily coloured with gel food colouring or dusted with powders for realistic finishes. Whether you're crafting intricate floral arrangements or expressive characters, this versatile paste delivers professional results every time.

How to Use:

  1. Knead until soft and smooth.

  2. Use a non-stick rolling pin and surface for best results.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Courier collection is at 3 pm, so orders received after this time may be sent the next business day.

Pickup orders are normally ready the same day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Nationwide delivery usually takes 1–2 working days for non-rural addresses. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.

Brilliant - Perkynana Flavour

Very hard to get banana flavouring that really works at all in NZ, so thrilled this one works brilliantly. It has that "fake banana" flavour you get in most sweets, my ice-cream tasted like Perkynana! Used 1 tsp per litre of ice-cream, so will need to come back for more pretty soon. Also, despite it being bright yellow, I'll need to add some yellow food colouring to get it beyond the very palest of lemon. But 11/10 for doing the key job!
