How to use:

  • Remove from foil and knead on a surface dusted with icing sugar or cornflour.
  • Roll to desired thickness.
  • Brush cake with sugar syrup or apricot jam (thinned with boiling water).
  • Drape fondant over the cake, smooth gently, and trim edges.

Storage: Keep sealed in a cool, dry place. Shelf life up to 12 months.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Courier collection is at 3 pm, so orders received after this time may be sent the next business day.

Pickup orders are normally ready the same day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Nationwide delivery usually takes 1–2 working days for non-rural addresses. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.

Brilliant - Perkynana Flavour

Very hard to get banana flavouring that really works at all in NZ, so thrilled this one works brilliantly. It has that "fake banana" flavour you get in most sweets, my ice-cream tasted like Perkynana! Used 1 tsp per litre of ice-cream, so will need to come back for more pretty soon. Also, despite it being bright yellow, I'll need to add some yellow food colouring to get it beyond the very palest of lemon. But 11/10 for doing the key job!
