How to Use:
Microwave Method:

Remove lid and seal

Microwave 20 secs → squeeze → microwave 20 secs → shake

Repeat in 10-sec bursts until fully melted
Boiling Water Method:

Place sealed bottle in boiling water for 10 mins

Massage and shake frequently

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Courier collection is at 3 pm, so orders received after this time may be sent the next business day.
Pickup orders are normally ready the same day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.
Nationwide delivery usually takes 1–2 working days for non-rural addresses. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Large or bulky orders may incur an additional delivery charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.
