I was given a last minute task of getting the birthday cake the day before my sister in law’s 60th. Cupcake Sweeties were able to assure me that they would have one for me to pick up at 9am the next day. Sure enough, it was ready. A beautiful looking cake and it tasted just as good. Ideal for vegan or dairy free buttercream

I use this product to create delicious dairy free cakes for a family member, but I have also used it in vegan recipes successfully too. Can be mixed with icing sugar as per the instructions but it can also be used in place of butter with a sugar syrup to make dairy free Swiss meringue buttercream. It is also a good choice if you want a very white icing as butter tends to create a pale yellow tint with food colourings. Overall a versatile product.

Fantastic value and got at short notice

The small mermaid cake was perfect for my daughter's 5th birthday! Easily fed 7 kids and 8 adults.

Cake was beautiful and delicious. And we ordered on Thursday for a Sunday birthday, which was no problem.
