Recipe:

1 cup milk

2 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla (optional)

1 cup boiling water
Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C (170°C fan bake). Mix wet ingredients and combine with cake mix. Add boiling water and stir. Bake in a lined 20cm tin for 45 minutes, or 24 cupcakes for 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
