🎨 Instructions:

Beat 125 g butter, ½ cup golden syrup & 1 egg yolk until creamy.

Add contents of jar & mix into a soft dough.

Knead, wrap & chill for 20 mins.

Preheat oven to 170°C & line baking trays.

Roll dough (3 mm thick), cut with cookie cutter & bake 10–15 mins until golden.

Cool before icing & decorating 🎄

Cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container or can be frozen beautifully.
