🎈 Foil Balloon Number Moulds – What to Know

• Made from food-grade silicone
• Used with fondant, modelling chocolate, gum paste (or even chocolate)
• Flexible mould = easy release + clean edges

✨ How to Get the “Foil Balloon” Look

  1. Press fondant or modelling chocolate firmly into the mould

  2. Chill briefly (5–10 mins) for sharp detail

  3. Paint with edible metallic lustre dust + clear alcohol

  4. Let dry → instant shiny foil effect ✨

💡 Tip: Modelling chocolate gives the most realistic balloon finish (less cracking than fondant).

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Courier collection is at 3 pm, so orders received after this time may be sent the next business day.

Pickup orders are normally ready the same day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.

Nationwide delivery usually takes 1–2 working days for non-rural addresses. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.

Brilliant - Perkynana Flavour

Very hard to get banana flavouring that really works at all in NZ, so thrilled this one works brilliantly. It has that "fake banana" flavour you get in most sweets, my ice-cream tasted like Perkynana! Used 1 tsp per litre of ice-cream, so will need to come back for more pretty soon. Also, despite it being bright yellow, I'll need to add some yellow food colouring to get it beyond the very palest of lemon. But 11/10 for doing the key job!
