Creative Sweeties Chocolate Buttercream Mix
Need an excuse to dip your finger into a bowl of silky, delicious, chocolate icing? Use our Chocolate Buttercream Icing to decorate cupcakes and cakes... then the rest of the bowl is yours!
Net Weight 400gm. Will cover a 20cm cake or 24 standard size cupcakes.
You will need:
- 100g butter
- 3tbsp milk
- Electric mixer (preferred) or a bowl and wooden spoon… and a strong arm!
- Place contents of pouch in a large bowl.
- Add softened butter and milk and beat slowly until smooth.
- Increase mixer speed, and beat for at least 5 minutes until mixture light and fluffy.
- If icing feels too stiff, add a dash of milk until the required consistency.
- Apply icing to your cooled cake or cupcakes… and enjoy!
Icing can be refrigerated for up to a week. Just soften in microwave and mix before using.
