I was given a last minute task of getting the birthday cake the day before my sister in law’s 60th. Ideal for vegan or dairy free buttercream

I use this product to create delicious dairy free cakes for a family member, but I have also used it in vegan recipes successfully too. Can be mixed with icing sugar as per the instructions but it can also be used in place of butter with a sugar syrup to make dairy free Swiss meringue buttercream. It is also a good choice if you want a very white icing as butter tends to create a pale yellow tint with food colourings. Overall a versatile product.
