Ideal for vegan or dairy free buttercream

I use this product to create delicious dairy free cakes for a family member, but I have also used it in vegan recipes successfully too. Can be mixed with icing sugar as per the instructions but it can also be used in place of butter with a sugar syrup to make dairy free Swiss meringue buttercream. It is also a good choice if you want a very white icing as butter tends to create a pale yellow tint with food colourings. Overall a versatile product.

The small mermaid cake was perfect for my daughter's 5th birthday! Easily fed 7 kids and 8 adults.

Daughter lives in Wellington in the same area and I live in Nelson. It was so easy to choose some of these Birthday cupcakes and get her to pick them up.
