The GoBake Black Edible Marker Pen is one of our most popular cake decorating tools — perfect for writing names and messages, drawing faces, adding outlines and creating fine details on decorated cakes, cookies, cupcakes and more.
With 100% edible food-grade ink and a handy double-ended design, you can switch between the fine tip for detailed writing and delicate work, and the thicker tip for bolder lines, colouring and shading.
Use it on firm, dry surfaces such as fondant, royal icing, gum paste, modelling paste, macarons and set icing. It’s ideal for everything from adding facial features to fondant characters to writing directly onto iced cookies.

Please note: Edible marker pens work best on a firm, dry surface. They are not designed for writing directly onto soft or wet buttercream.
Always replace the cap firmly after use to help prevent the pen from drying out.

Water (90%), Propylene Glycol (5%), High Fructose Corn Syrup (4%), Glycerine (1%), Food Acid (E330), Preservatives (E202, E211), Colours (E102, E110, E120, E129, E132, E133).

Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Courier collection is at 3 pm, so orders received after this time may be sent the next business day.
Pickup orders are normally ready the same day. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to collect.
Nationwide delivery usually takes 1–2 working days for non-rural addresses. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
Large or bulky orders may incur an additional delivery charge. We will contact you before dispatch if this applies.
