Make your next celebration, corporate event or special occasion extra sweet with custom mini cupcakes topped with edible images.
Choose from Chocolate, Vanilla, or a mix of both, and personalise your cupcakes with a logo, photo or themed image.
Available for pickup from our Waterloo store or Wellington delivery.
Customisation options:
• Upload your image using the “Upload Your Image Here” button above, or email your image to info@cupcakesweeties.co.nz
• Choose coloured buttercream to match your image, theme or branding
• If no buttercream colour is selected, we’ll use our classic chocolate and vanilla swirls
Image and colour limits:
• 16 Mini Cupcakes: 1 image and 1 buttercream colour
• 25 Mini Cupcakes: Up to 2 images and 2 buttercream colours
• 49 Mini Cupcakes: Up to 3 images and 3 buttercream colours
Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice for custom edible image orders.
Pick Up & Delivery
Pickup is available from our Waterloo, Lower Hutt store on your selected date. Wellington-area delivery is available Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Pricing
Cupcakes, macarons, cakes and same-day Wellington-area delivery is $22.
Rush delivery is $40 for Lower Hutt or Wellington CBD only, before 11.30am.
Kapiti and rural delivery is $60, Monday–Friday only. Please note at checkout if your cupcakes are required by a particular time, or contact us if you are unsure if address is rural. Full T&Cs apply.
Gifting
Cupcakes are beautifully boxed with a clear lid, ribbon and gift card. No receipt is included with gift orders.
Storage
Mini Cupcakes are best enjoyed fresh on the day, but will keep for 1 day. Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
Dietary & Allergens
Mini gluten-free, vegan and gluten-free vegan chocolate cupcakes are available on request.
They need to be ordered as a separate box and cannot be mixed with standard mini cupcakes. Minimum order: 6 mini cupcakes.

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee no traces.
Delivery
Decorating Supplies, Brownies & Cookies - Delivery is $9 for 1-3 day delivery nationwide, Mon-Fri. Free nationwide delivery for orders over $120. Enter code FD at checkout.
