Cake in a Box – Rainbow Cake 🎉
A bright, happy celebration cake without the fuss. Choose chocolate or vanilla cake, finished with piped rainbow buttercream in bright or pastel shades.
Perfect for birthdays, kids’ parties, office treats, Pride celebrations, family celebrations and gifting.
Choose your cake
• Chocolate or vanilla
• Bright or pastel rainbow buttercream
• Small – approx. 15cm x 20cm, serves up to 12
• Large – approx. 30cm x 20cm, serves up to 24
Make it yours
Choose your rainbow style and leave a note with any extra requests. You can also request a colour for the base/top flat section. Add a free single candle if you’d like one.
Pickup from our Lower Hutt store or Wellington delivery available. Please allow at least 24 hours’ notice.
Please Note
Cake in a Box is a set range of cakes rather than fully custom-designed cakes. We’ll do our best to match your chosen colours, but rainbow designs may vary slightly.
Custom cake toppers are available as either fondant, which is edible, or cardstock, which is not edible and should be removed before cutting. All other decorations are edible.
Cake in a Box is not available gluten-free or vegan, but gluten-free, vegan or GFV cupcakes can be added to your order.

Delivery
Decorating Supplies, Brownies & Cookies - Delivery is $9 for 1-3 day delivery nationwide, Mon-Fri. Free nationwide delivery for orders over $120. Enter code FD at checkout.
Cupcakes, Macarons, Cakes & same day Wellington area delivery is $22; Rush delivery for Lower Hutt or Wellington CBD ONLY (before 11.30am) is $40. Please contact us if unsure. Kapiti or Rural Delivery is $40 (Mon-Fri only). Please specify if cupcakes are required by a particular time. Full T&C
