Need an excuse to dip your finger into the mixing bowl? Here it is! Our Creative Sweeties Chocolate Buttercream Mix makes the most silky, rich, and delicious chocolate icing – perfect for frosting cupcakes, cakes, or just enjoying straight from the bowl (we won’t judge).

This 400g mix makes enough buttercream to cover a 20cm cake or 18 standard cupcakes. It’s quick to whip up and tastes just like homemade – because it kind of is!


What you’ll need:

  • 100g softened butter

  • 3 tbsp milk

  • Electric mixer (or a bowl, spoon, and some elbow grease!)


Instructions:

  1. Empty contents into a large bowl

  2. Add butter and milk, beat slowly until smooth

  3. Increase speed and beat for at least 5 minutes until light and fluffy

  4. If needed, add a little milk to adjust consistency

  5. Spread generously on cooled cakes or cupcakes

Leftovers? Store in the fridge for up to a week. Just soften and remix before using.
