This gorgeous Christmas Jar makes the perfect festive gift for chocolate lovers. Each jar contains our signature brownie mix, loaded with Whittaker’s Dark Ghana Chocolate (the really good stuff!) and beautifully layered for that homemade touch. Note - Jar decoration may vary

✨ Details:
• 600 g jar – makes approx. 16 x 50 g brownies
• Made with premium Whittaker’s Dark Ghana Chocolate 🍫
• Simple to bake – just add butter, eggs & vanilla
• Add your own twist with nuts, berries or orange zest 🍊
• Packaged in a festive Christmas Jar (design may vary) 🎁
• A fun, thoughtful and delicious gift idea!

Instructions

🎨 You’ll Need:
• 150 g butter
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
• 20 cm square baking tin

🧁 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 160°C & line tin with baking paper.

  2. Mix contents of jar in a large bowl.

  3. Melt butter, cool slightly, add to mix.

  4. Add eggs & vanilla, combine well.

  5. Pour into tin, add any extras (berries, nuts, etc.).

  6. Bake for 45 mins – slightly undercooked is perfect!

  7. Cool, cut & enjoy!

🍫 Storage:
Brownies stay fresh for up to a week in an airtight container or can be frozen beautifully.

I was given a last minute task of getting the birthday cake the day before my sister in law’s 60th. Cupcake Sweeties were able to assure me that they would have one for me to pick up at 9am the next day. Sure enough, it was ready. A beautiful looking cake and it tasted just as good. Ideal for vegan or dairy free buttercream

I use this product to create delicious dairy free cakes for a family member, but I have also used it in vegan recipes successfully too. Can be mixed with icing sugar as per the instructions but it can also be used in place of butter with a sugar syrup to make dairy free Swiss meringue buttercream. It is also a good choice if you want a very white icing as butter tends to create a pale yellow tint with food colourings. Overall a versatile product.

The small mermaid cake was perfect for my daughter's 5th birthday! Easily fed 7 kids and 8 adults.
