The twenty year old wanted me to make her a barbie cake, went to cupcake sweeties got an image printed with smaller images. I’m not a cake decorator so wanted it easy! Turned out fabulous. The shop had all I needed :)

I was given a last minute task of getting the birthday cake the day before my sister in law’s 60th. Cupcake Sweeties were able to assure me that they would have one for me to pick up at 9am the next day. Sure enough, it was ready. A beautiful looking cake and it tasted just as good. I use this product to create delicious dairy free cakes for a family member, but I have also used it in vegan recipes successfully too. Can be mixed with icing sugar as per the instructions but it can also be used in place of butter with a sugar syrup to make dairy free Swiss meringue buttercream. It is also a good choice if you want a very white icing as butter tends to create a pale yellow tint with food colourings. Overall a versatile product.
