Our Royal Icing Mix makes your life easier.... Just add water!

Add royal icing mix and 1/4 cup water to a large bowl, and beat at medium speed until icing forms peaks and loses its sheen, 7-10 minutes.

Colour using gels or powder colour, and use to decorate your cookies, cakes, gingerbread houses and more!

To prevent drying, cover the bowl with a damp cloth while working with icing.
Makes about 1.5 cups of icing.

Easy to mix to a good consistency and pipes well. It takes a long time to go truly hard compared to other royal icing mixes I have tried - can flatten easily even after a couple of hours and falls off biscuit texture easily which was a bit frustrating on a gingerbread house. Probably better suited to being on top of structures than on sides. Added some vanilla essence drops for flavour which was great.
