Mould measures 11cm x 11.5cm and contains 13 music notes.
For best results use with gumpaste, fondant (with tylose as hardener), chocolate and more.
To use, simply dust with cornflour and press fondant or gumpaste into cavity. Use a rolling pin to roll gently over the silicone mould and remove excess paste with a blade tool rather than a knife to avoid damaging the silicone mould. Leave to dry then lift out and use.
With more intricate moulds place in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to firm up the fondant.
